At Testree, we are committed to providing high-quality Indian spices. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict No Return and No Refund policy.

2. No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any products purchased on our website www.testree.in.

3. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any products purchased on our website. This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Dissatisfaction with the product

4. Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
• Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
